Nice design. One problem though: This gun is for right handed people. ( the safety and magazine release are on the left side ) If so, the Ejection Port should be on the right side of the SMG. ( if it IS the ejection port and not something else ) If it will be on the left side on right handed guns, the shells will fly into the user's face and torso. When the shell leaves the chamber after firing it is very hot. Such a thing will cause problems of using the weapon.
The spent casings are almost unnoticeable at the velocity they're fired, especially for a high-based propellant being used in such a powerful cartridge, fired from a supposed high-speed loading mechanism (being an SMG).
In addition, ejection ports can be improvised to direct the casings away from the user.
well.... it could be an ambi safety selector and the ejection port cover could pop up or back to protect the user. Or perhaps even an angled "ejection chute" depending on powder count and spring-buffer resistance...
