One problem though:
This gun is for right handed people. ( the safety and magazine release are on the left side )
If so, the Ejection Port should be on the right side of the SMG. ( if it IS the ejection port and not something else )
If it will be on the left side on right handed guns, the shells will fly into the user's face and torso. When the shell leaves the chamber after firing it is very hot.
Such a thing will cause problems of using the weapon.
In addition, ejection ports can be improvised to direct the casings away from the user.
