ELYSIUM - KRUGER by BenMauro ELYSIUM - KRUGER by BenMauro
Early version of kruger when he was going to have his brain transplanted into a robotic body and go around killing gangsters on ELYSIUM.

Great mech!  I wonder if the gun panels should be on a separate joint so that they can pivot and aim while the main arms do what they need to do.....  Anyway, I love looking at this design... so much good stuff

Fantastic. Shame they did'nt use this in Elysium. I wouldn't fancy my chances against this bad boy.

That would have been awesome (I mean, even more awesome than it was), much better than a humanoďde robot or cyborg would have been. Thought i guess Max would stand little chance against such a machine. Is that why this didn´t make it into the movie?

I would suggest,
1) Since it is in 2154, Kruger shouldn´t need to get killed to have his brain transplanted into a machine. Rather, it would not be unusual that soldiers are operated in such a manner that their brains can be moved from their bodies to machines and vise-versa.
2) Cyborg wielding a 2-3 meters long katana.
3) Some Elysians have both genetical engineering and machine or part machine bodies. Delacourt isn´t afraid of coming near Kruger because she is very much dangerous herself, even to yourt average soldier. www.joblo.com/digital/images/n…

And why didn't they go through with it?! That would have been so much cooler!

That would have been awesome, reminds me of Cain from Robocop 2.
Stunning work by the way, i had no idea who did some of the designs. My dad got the art book for Elysium (We havent even seen the film yet lol) and i thought some of them looked like your work :)
